Newsletter redesign

The furniture brand Interliving was established in 2016 and has built up a broad, high-quality product range – with only a few updates to the brand design so far.

For starters, the newsletter needed a more contemporary design. The formula is simple: shorter units + more interesting content. A welcome flow for new subscribers was designed, along with editorial plans and flexible layouts for the ongoing newsletter. Response elements and special measures such as the kitchen checklist for download were also developed.

The strategy and workshops on the structure and content of the newsletter took place online via video conferencing and Miro, with implementation taking place directly in Hubspot. The template is designed in such a way that the team, which was trained in strategy, visual language, tonality and layout, can independently plan and enter content in-house, so that they are able to successfully manage the entire newsletter themselves at any time.
