t.serv – A digital platform
for complex HR technology.
CMS MIGRATION & B2B UX DESIGN
t.serv – CMS relaunch with plenty of punch
As a specialised HR service provider, t.serv supports companies with the digitalisation, consulting and outsourcing of HR processes. In the course of a comprehensive rebranding, the company faced a classic hurdle: the in-house legacy CMS was slowing down marketing and making navigation through the broad portfolio of SAP SuccessFactors, HR consulting and training unnecessarily complicated.
StudioAugustin migrated the t.serv website to a modern HubSpot foundation. With a clear information architecture and reimagined UX/UI structures, the complex range of HR services is made understandable at first glance – while the internal marketing team is given the freedom to independently manage, adapt and scale content.
HR technology
in unexpected colours.
The procedure
From Figma to a modular HubSpot environment.
The central pages and modules were designed in Figma, agreed upon with the client and then implemented in HubSpot.
A custom-designed premium theme forms the technical foundation. Reusable cards, bento grids, content boxes and overview modules structure complex topics into clear units. These can be flexibly combined on service pages, articles, job advertisements and campaign landing pages.
A public knowledge base provides specialist content to customers and interested readers. A separate HubSpot knowledge base structures information for internal use.
The implementation
Scalable and accessible?
While it was crucial that the website should be as accessible as possible in order to be future-proof, it also needed to be scalable in many respects. We focused on achieving both – implemented across four modules.
Translate the brand language.
Brainfunck's corporate identity brought expressive colours, striking typography and dynamic imagery to a sector often characterised by restraint.
We have translated these elements into an accessible digital system, defining typography, colour, spacing, components and page behaviour across different screen sizes.
Giving complex content a rhythm.
The portfolio of t.serv includes consultancy, implementation, support, training and knowledge management. Clear hierarchies and modular formats help different target groups find the right entry point.
Maps, topic overviews and expandable content guide HR managers, existing customers, applicants and training seekers from initial orientation through to detailed information.
Options
achieve.
Templates for company pages, services, blog posts, articles and author profiles have been developed.
Career pages, job advertisements, references, service packages and landing pages extend the system. A mega menu, contact channels, calls to action and a map connecting four locations facilitate navigation.
A visual world
develop.
The images are the soul of the website. They show humanity, warmth, wit & accessibility.
Around 100 photographs were sourced, licensed and organised in an online image database, creating a consistent visual resource for services, recruitment and future campaigns.
Responsive by design
The same system shifts seamlessly from broad editorial layouts to compact, readable mobile modules.
The result
True autonomy.
The modular system gives t.serv’s marketing team direct control over its content. New pages, job listings and campaign landing pages can be created and customised without having to go through a complete design process every time.
HR tech with added value
Everyday life
visible
According to the marketing department, the new platform increases the visibility of the services, strengthens recruiting and drastically simplifies editorial work.
