Faktor Mensch is a full-service provider for corporate health insurance (bKV), covering everything from onboarding and activation to billing and support. Operating since 2000, the previous website was developed in-house. As a result, the digital presence was heavily reliant on a single programmer, and even routine updates became a technical challenge.
The task for StudioAugustin therefore involved more than just a visual redesign: the complex B2B service was communicated clearly and succinctly in a trustworthy presence – and the internal team was given full control over its website through a flexible modular system.

We developed the page architecture and user interfaces in Figma and subsequently transferred them into HubSpot using a premium theme as a solid foundation. Custom modules and tailored CSS gave the system its distinctive rhythm without restricting editability.
Every recurring element was treated as a reusable building block. Content could be rearranged, expanded and combined for new target audiences, whilst the visual language remained consistent.

From the initial single-sided website, the core of a scalable digital ecosystem has emerged: focused landing pages, legal and service pages, a blog and an interactive company health insurance calculator are all based on the same design modules.
The blog complements the website with an editorial layer. It turns specialist knowledge into an ongoing dialogue and creates diverse ways to access a subject that requires explanation and trust.
The result
Handover with tutorial.
Practical training completed the technical handover and turned the new platform into an everyday tool. The result is a website that the Faktor Mensch team can now confidently maintain, expand and publish.
